John Christmas entertains us with over thirty years of performing in
front of audiences across the country. John combines his skill as a
composer with his ability to entertain to give audiences
transformational ideas that are fun and easy to remember. His catchy
melodies stick in your head along with an empowering idea designed
to assist the listener in changing their mind.
John has performed at the "Troubadour club", "Ice House,"
"Hollywood Bowl," and other venues in the Los Angeles area. John
has performed as the opening act for Steve Martin, Nicolette Larson
and Gallagher. John was voted "ASCAP new songwriter of the year"
in 1975 for his song "Hey Now".
While Living in Nashville, John performed at the world famous "Blue
Bird", "Exit In", and "Bogey’s". John worked with some of the best
musicians in Nashville, including Victor Wooten (bass player for Bela
Fleck and the Flectones), The Memphis Horns, The Muscle Shoals
Rythym Section, and many more.
John and his wife Pamela have homes in both Denver, Colorado, and
Memphis, Tennessee where he has just finished construction of a 56
track recording studio and started his own record company. He is an
associate minister at the Unity Temple of Denver located in the
Capitol Hill district. When not in Memphis or Denver, John and
Pamela are touring the United States performing concerts and
conducting workshops. John appears mostly at Unity and Religious
Science churches but will go anywhere that will receive progressive
ideas based on thought being creative.
